FAQs

Do you take custom orders?

My availability for custom work is VERY limited, and I am rarely able to accept custom orders as a result, especially during market season. To be honest, I also just don't really like to do custom work. I find that I put out my best work when I am in creative control of my projects.

I will always post on social media and update the "CUSTOMS CLOSED" line in my Instagram bio to say "CUSTOMS OPEN" if I have the bandwidth to accept a custom project or two. However, I ask that you please respect my boundaries and refrain from asking me for custom work otherwise. I hate to say "no," but in this current season of life, I simply do not have any extra time for custom work.

There is one exception, however; I will always accept bridal customs! This includes jewelry for the bride (turquoise makes an incredible "something blue"!), groom, and bridesmaids/groomsmen gifts.

What are your shop policies?

Due to the handmade nature of all of my offerings, all sales are final.

I take great care to ensure that my jewelry is built-to-last, but if something should happen to break, please contact me immediately. I am always happy to fix your piece if something breaks that is out of your control. Please follow all Wear & Care guidelines and take care of your jewelry! If you fail to do so and something breaks as a result, I'd still be happy to attempt a repair, but at a cost to cover any materials used and my time.

In an attempt to keep necklace costs down, most necklaces come on sterling silver chains that I purchase wholesale from my supplier. I am only able to replace chains that break within 6 months of purchase, as a result. If you're needing a new chain after that 6 month timeframe passes, please feel free to message me for purchase options.

Please be CERTAIN of your ring size if purchasing a ring! I will not be able to accept returns due to rings not fitting properly.

Do you do repairs?

If your Veridian piece is in need of a repair or refresh, I'd be happy to help! However, I will not repair pieces that I did not  make.

Do you work with gold?

No. My business is called Veridian Silver Co. for a reason. :)

Do you wholesale?

Not at this time.

Do you have a brick and mortar shop?

I do not. My business is nomadic and I enjoy exploring different areas via pop-ups and markets. I'm also finally giving this whole online shop thing a go!

Do you want to pop-up at my shop/be a vendor at my market?

My 2025 calendar is full through the beginning of fall, but I would love to hear about any late fall/winter events! (Thank you for thinking of me!)

Wanna collab?

Absolutely, as long as my schedule will allow for it! Please send any info my way!
