Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of these products, all sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me right away so that we can work together to come to a resolution that is fair to both of us.

Veridian Silver Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Rings cannot be returned or resized due to sizing issues. Please be certain of your ring size before purchasing.

In an effort to keep costs down, most chains and findings are purchased from my wholesaler and are not handmade. If your chain breaks within 60 days of purchase, I would be happy to replace it with a new one. Beyond that, I would be happy to provide you with purchase options to replace the chain or findings at a low cost.

My work is intentionally built to last, but it is not indestructible. If your item breaks due to issues that are out of your control (components coming loose, jump rings opening, etc.) within one year of purchase, I would be happy to repair your item, (when a repair is possible) at no charge. If you damage your piece, or a component of your piece breaks due to basic wear and tear outside of the one year window, I would still be happy to attempt a repair at cost to cover any materials used and my time. To avoid damage, please follow the jewelry care instructions that are included with your purchase. Please keep in mind that stones are one-of-a-kind and in most cases, cannot be replaced.
